Manackal Foods presents a selection of pure and natural food items that are ready to cook or eat, preserving the wholesome nutrition of fresh farm produce. This unique agricultural enterprise was established by two forward-thinking experts driven by the mission to advocate for a return-to-nature, organic farming, and processed farm goods. Manackal Foods Pvt Ltd., emerged as a novel concept, serving as an ideal avenue to connect consumers seeking unadulterated food products and cooking ingredients with farming communities practicing Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). It truly embodies a distinctive mission within the agricultural industry.
Manackal Foods Pvt Ltd was formed by two retired SBI officers and organic farming enthusiasts with the objective of making good food products that are clean, unadulterated and without any preservatives or artificial colors, at the same time affordable to the society with the message of good health through nutrition based food habits

Our mission is to promote a complete shift towards organic farming and inspire society to embrace healthier, nutrition- oriented dietary choices. Manackal Foods is rapidly working to source, process, and deliver a range of high-quality food products that meet international standards, sourced from fully organic- certified agro-farms or those adhering to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). We produce natural and chemical-free food products and cooking ingredients, processing them to high standards of quality while complying with food safety norms.

Chairman & MD
Vijayamohanan, a visionary and former Indian Air Force and State Bank of India (SBI) professional, retired as Chief Manager, SBI after a combined career of 42 years. His lifelong passion for agriculture was enriched during his time with the IAF and SBI, leading to a strong awareness of organic farming and nature-based food practices.
Thomas Augustine
Director & CEO
Thomas Augustine, a retired Assistant General Manager from State Bank of India (SBI) with extensive IT and financial management expertise, now serves as Director & CEO at Manackal Foods Pvt Ltd. He holds post-graduate qualifications in CISA, ITIL, PMP, and Scrum Master, and has a deep passion for organic farming and agro-foods production.
